These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chainovex cryptocurrency trading platform, website, mobile applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. Prices are volatile and may fluctuate substantially. You could lose all of your invested capital. Trade only with funds you can afford to lose.
To access our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
2FA is mandatory for all account activities including withdrawals and security changes.
Optional security feature requiring email confirmation for new withdrawal addresses.
API keys must be securely stored and can be restricted to specific IP addresses.
Automatic logout after periods of inactivity and session monitoring for unusual activity.
We provide an execution-only service. All trading decisions are made by you. We are not responsible for:

Deposit supported cryptocurrencies directly to your wallet address. Minimum deposit amounts vary by asset.
Wire transfers available in USD, EUR, GBP, SGD. Minimum $100, processing time 1-3 business days.
Instant purchases with cards (Visa, Mastercard). 3.5% processing fee applies.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Wash trading, spoofing, layering, pump-and-dump schemes, or any form of market abuse.
Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any criminal activities.
Hacking attempts, denial of service attacks, or exploitation of security vulnerabilities.
Attempting to bypass geographical restrictions, verification requirements, or trading limits.
All platform content, trademarks, logos, and software are owned by Chainovex or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. All trading decisions are made by you at your own risk.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen circumstances may cause temporary service interruptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, excluding conflict of law principles.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore under SIAC rules.
You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
